  •     These terms (hereafter, Terms of Use) apply to the procedure of using and purchasing goods on the website (hereafter,


  •     N-kvartals Ltd., (hereafter, N-KVARTALS), with its headquarters in Riga, Ganību dambis 26A, LV-1005, and registration No. 44103144852, provides with accessible content and services in compliance with the Terms of use.


  •     The User is a capable physical or juridical person who makes a purchase or uses other offered services on People aged 14-18 years can only use the services offered on with parental or guardian’s consent except that they receive a personal income.


  •     When the User makes a purchase on, the terms-of-use agreement, which defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding purchasing(according to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No.255 of Distance contracts), payments, delivery and returns, is considered to be legally binding.


  •     If the User wishes to make a purchase on, they are bound to get acquainted with and accept the Terms of Use before the purchase is complete. Having made a purchase, the Use, therefore, is considered to have accepted and complied with the Terms of Use. At the same time, by complying with the Terms of Use, the User also confirms the right to register and purchase on according to the Terms of Use.


  • reserves the right to change or amend the Terms of Use unilaterally at any time. Making a purchase on, the User should review the Terms of Use each time before placing an order, as the latest update effective at the time of order will apply.


  • reserves the right to change the prices of goods or set special prices. The User buys the goods at that price which is in effect at the time of order.


Delivery Information

    We deliver to your doorstep, pick-up points and parcel machines throughout the Baltics. For more detailed information on delivery costs/charges and locations/points, please see below.

More Detail on Delivery

    If agreed upon in advance, you can pick up/collect your ordered item at our office (Rīga, Ganību dambis  26A) during working hours (10.00-17.00). To receive your order, you must have its number and identity documents with you. If you want another person to pick up your ordered item, please name him/her as a recipient in your order form.

Delivery to pick-up points and parcel machines

    It takes approximately 1-3 working days to deliver the ordered item to a pick-up point or an Omniva/DPD parcel machine of your choice.

Home delivery

    It takes approximately 1-3 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep.

    For pre-ordered items, time/terms of delivery is/are agreed upon individually.

Delivery costs to other EU countries should be agreed upon individually.


Returns & Exchanges Information

    You may apply for a return within 14 days of delivery of the item. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of application for return.

    Items to be returned or exchanged must have no signs of wear, or use, or damage.

    Items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition.

    You will be refunded a total cost of a product. Return shipping cost is not refundable.

Returns or exchanges are not possible:

  • if there is no original sales receipt;


  • if there are no tags on items;


  • if tags are still on but no longer original. Also, if tags have certain visible signs of mechanical influence (for instance, a tag has been removed and then reattached);


  • for stockings, tights, fishnet dresses, socks, catsuits, bodies, underclothing and sets of underwear (if the protective packaging of the panties is opened)


How to return an item/ a product/ a purchase?

    Goods that have been delivered by DPD or Omniva can be returned free of charge using a return code, which will be sent to the buyer via sms and/or e-mail together with the delivery information or will be attached a return page with the code to the accompanying order documents.

    If the item was received in the office (Ganibu dambis 26A), the return will be made in the same way as received (at the Ganibu dambis 26A office) . If the customer wishes to use the services of DPD or Omniva to return the goods, then the cost of courier services must be paid by the customer.

    As soon as your returned item/product is received, N-KVARTALS administration/management undertakes to inform the buyer within 14 days whether it is eligible to the principles of returns policy. If it satisfies those criteria, N-KVARTALS issues a refund. The funds will be returned to the same account from which you paid for the product

    After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order to the specified email address within a few minutes.

Limitation of Liability will not be responsible for any losses arising from the user’s incompliance of the Terms of use.

    In case of losses, the guilty party grants the other party compensation for direct losses. will not be held responsible for the insignificant discrepancies in size, shape or colour between actual products and their images on due to the screen features of the device used by the User, lighting or any other external circumstance of a similar kind. will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with obligations if the delay or failure is caused by such circumstances and restrictions which are beyond reasonable control and include, but are not limited to, strikes, government instructions, military operations and/or national emergencies, threats and/or acts of terrorism, environmental disorders, breach on behalf of any third party, the internet disconnections, software failure and/or hardware malfunction. Under these conditions, will try to take control of the situation as soon as possible.

Other Terms

    Dealings between the User and are governed by these Terms of Use, as well as the Laws of Latvia.

    Should any questions or disagreement arise, the User contacts the Customer Service Centre of by telephone or e-mail. Negotiation is the preferable way for the parties to resolve any arising dispute. Within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the User is the consumer (a natural person who purchases goods which are not related to his or her economic or professional activity) who may enforce and defend their legal consumer rights in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and its regulations. Should the parties fail to reach agreement, the dispute is referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
